I'm Justin Brosemer, the founder and solo operator behind UnderdogSprts.
I started building sports media in high school, learned the business the hard way, and eventually rebuilt everything from scratch on my own terms. UnderdogSprts is that rebuild, and it runs on one bet most people told me was backwards: that a sports brand could grow without a face out front. No host, no on-camera personality. Just the work.
The bet paid off. In the last year, that faceless brand has done 138M+ views, built an audience with a predominantly US audience, overwhelmingly 18 to 34, and just crossed 50,000 followers. All while I've been running it solo around a full-time job.
The philosophy underneath all of it is simple: the story is the star. In a feed full of highlights and hot takes, the stat is forgettable. The story behind the stat is what people actually share. Every edit, every carousel, every piece runs through that filter.
